The Noble Eightfold Path

Dear Diary:

Let's start by understanding a little more about Buddhism.
All human beings have not satisfied a condition called dukkha that more direct translation might be suffering . The cessation of this suffering would therefore nirvana. Need anything, feel anything, and simply expand in the SER.

So how can this condition nirvana?, following the noble eightfold path.
For Catholics will be easy to associate with the commandments, as well as many other cultures and religions have their precepts, but remember that no effort to compare all the world's spiritual disciplines have the same principles of love and overcoming, for so any might want to raise your vibrational level, will succeed by any means.
In the case of Buddhism, these are not commandments, they are simply "the user manual."

In all elements of the noble way, the word "right" or "straight" is a translation of the word "Samma" (in Pali ), which means' fullness', 'consistency', 'perfection' or 'ideal'. The noble path is:
  • (Pali : panna) Wisdom
1 (Sanskrit : drsti • pali: diṭṭhi) correct vision or understanding
2 (Sankalpa • sankappa) thought or correct determination
  • ( Sila) Ethical conduct
3 (VAC • cow) Talk correct
4 (karmānta • kammanta) Act
correct
5 (ajiva • ajiva) Right Livelihood
  • ( samadhi) of Mind Training
6 (viāiāma • vāiāma) Right effort
7 ( smriti sati) Being-Consciousness Present or correct time
8 ( • samadhi samadhi) Concentration or Meditation correct
Although the road is numbered from 1 to 8, usually not considered as a series of linear steps through which one must progress, but rather, as the Buddhist monk and scholar ; Walpola Rahula, the eight elements of the Noble Path "should be developed more or less simultaneously, as far as possible according to the capacity of each individual. All are united and each helps the cultivation of the others', this being a practical guide that is done in parallel. Tomorrow
day, I'll explain more in depth of this beautiful outlook on life.
But to give you interesting facts, it is stated that the practices used to achieve samadhi-like focus on a mandala , or iteration of a mantra - produce hypnotic effects.

Similarly, we have seen in the erotic practices of tantra is a close similarity between the physiology of samadhi and orgasm, occurring in both cases the synthesis of important endocrine quantities of psychotropic drugs and neurotransmitters endocannabinoids;
endorphins, dopamine and serotonin. The effect of this would be a sensation of pleasure, fulfillment and "lack of time and space limits," which explains in turn the subject's perception of being free from all phenomenal reality, have also been parallel with the feeling of ineffable experience produced by stimulation of the prefrontal areas of the brain.

Another coincidence is found with respect to the chakras, but that will tell you all on another issue.

Namaste-
